600 sq. ft. / Ocean View / 2 Guests / 1 Queen Bed

The Petit Piton Suites at Ladera Resort offer 600 sq. ft. of ocean-view space designed for two guests. Set within the resort’s signature open-air, three-wall style, the suite draws the Caribbean outlook into the room, creating a private hillside retreat with a sense of space, breeze and natural light. A private plunge pool extends the experience outdoors, giving you your own place to cool off while taking in the ocean view. Inside, the suite is arranged with one queen bed and a separate sitting area, making it easy to move between rest, relaxation and quiet downtime. A ceiling fan, desk, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, phone, iPad and electrical adapters or chargers add practical comfort, while daily housekeeping and turndown service keep the stay effortless. The partially open bathroom includes a shower with a rainfall showerhead, towels, slippers, hair dryer, shampoo, soap and toilet paper. Hypo-allergenic bedding is available, and the suite is non-smoking; please note that bed sheets are not available. Your all-inclusive stay at Ladera Resort includes meals and beverages under the all-inclusive rate, with charges possible for some restaurants, special dinners or dishes, some beverages and other amenities. In the suite, a stocked minibar with some free items, free bottled water and limited-hours room service add flexibility between dining experiences. Beyond the room, guests can enjoy the adults-only atmosphere, complimentary activities such as a guided Ladera Ridge hike and garden tour, and the resort’s dramatic setting between the Pitons.

Petit Piton Suites FAQs

The suite’s open, three-wall design frames the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding hillside, and the private plunge pool sits right at the edge of that view. Because Ladera has no glass in the windows, the ocean outlook becomes part of the room itself rather than something you step outside to see, which is a big part of why guests choose this category.

The Petit Piton Suite is furnished with one queen bed, sleeping up to two guests. It’s designed as an intimate, adults-only retreat, making it best suited to couples or solo travelers rather than groups sharing a room.

Yes, every Petit Piton Suite includes a private plunge pool set into the terrace, separate from the resort’s two shared pools. Given the open-air layout typical of Ladera, the pool area feels like a personal extension of the suite rather than a shared space.

The bathroom follows Ladera’s signature partially open design, with a rainfall showerhead, bathrobes, slippers, and standard toiletries. It’s built to feel like part of the tropical setting rather than an enclosed, standard hotel bathroom.

The Petit Piton Suite is Ladera’s entry-level suite category, offering the same private plunge pool and open-air design found throughout the resort, just in a more compact 600 sq. ft. footprint. Higher categories at Ladera generally add more space, additional sitting or dining areas, or a larger footprint, while keeping the same ocean-facing, three-wall concept.

Stays are on an all-inclusive basis, covering meals and beverages, with some specialty dinners, dishes or premium drinks carrying an extra charge. In the suite itself, guests also get a stocked minibar with some free items, free bottled water, and limited-hours room service.

Its combination of a private plunge pool, ocean views, and quiet one-bedroom layout makes it well suited to a honeymoon or anniversary stay, and the resort’s adults-only atmosphere supports a longer, more relaxed visit without children on property.

Ladera has no beach directly on site, so guests use the resort’s complimentary shuttle to reach a nearby beach. The resort’s two shared pools, including the cliff-edge infinity pool, and the main restaurant Dasheene are within the property’s hillside layout, a short walk from most suites.

Because of Ladera’s open-wall design, bed sheets are not part of the standard bedding in this category, and the bathroom is only partially enclosed rather than fully private. Guests who prefer air conditioning or fully sealed rooms should note the suite instead relies on a ceiling fan and the natural hillside breeze.

Because Ladera is built into a single hillside with an open, three-wall layout, suites positioned away from Dasheene restaurant and the pool terrace tend to be the most peaceful, since sound travels more openly than in enclosed hotel rooms. Guests wanting extra quiet can ask the resort about placement within the Petit Piton Suite category at booking.
